Scotch Seminars at Seattle Scotch & Beer Fest will be led by certified Master of Scotch, Craig Vaught.
Craig has been in the bar and restaurant business since he was 19 years old. He’s worked his way through venues as varied as NYC’s Trattoria del Arte and The Four Seasons Hotel in Las Colinas (Dallas) and his resume now contains over two dozen establishments where he’s worked as a bartender, managed or owned.
The BarSmarts grad has won multiple bartending competitions, and he’s been spotlighted in feature stories for publications like Mutineer Magazine and The Tasting Panel.
Outside of work, his interest are as vast and varied as the experience on his resume. Vaught prides himself as a marksman and enjoys target practice as a hobby. Other recent adventures include a trapeze class, regular stints on the paddleboard and go cart racing.
