It may be Spring Break all over the Pacific Northwest, but we think it’s best if you go back to school this weekend.

We’re not suggesting dusting off your high school math books and doing a deep dive into the world of trigonometry…

but rather gaining knowledge nuggets on a couple of more useful subjects – Scotch, Whiskey, and beer!

We’ve gone ahead and started your enrollment. Here’s your class schedule for this weekend:

World of Whiskey Seminar, Saturday 12pm-1pm, Fremont Studios Stage
Dive deep into the World of Whiskey and discover how distillers create wonderful and unique flavors in this hands-on seminar led by Fremont Mischief Distillery’s co-owner Patti Bishop and Hot Stove Society’s Whiskey Guru Adam Chumas.

Scotch 101 Seminar, Saturday 2:30pm-3:30pm, Fremont Studios Stage
Learn from certified Master of Scotch Craig Vaught about the history of Scotch, the different flavors (called expressions) of Scotch, and how to properly smell, taste and enjoy Scotch in this seminar ft. 10 Scotch tastings (The Glenlivet! Aberlour! Chivas! Scapa! Longmorn!).

Extra Credit! 
Go ahead and be excited! It’s okay to be the teacher’s pet this weekend. This one’s fun!

Pour Your Own Pint, Saturday, Fremont Studios Back Bar
